




Leading company in the sale and distribution of tractor trucks and heavy-duty trucks, with coverage throughout the Yucatán Peninsula, is looking for the following candidate: **Commercial Manager with experience in tractor truck sales.** Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate a small sales team (currently 2 to 3 salespeople). * Ensure achievement of targets through measurement and tracking of results. * Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase productivity. * Monitor and manage customer portfolio (sales of tractor trucks and heavy-duty trucks). * Engage and act as liaison with other businesses within the corporate group. * Contribute to the growth and opening of the Cancún office with on-site sales personnel. Required profile: * Previous experience as a sales manager, preferably in the tractor truck, heavy cargo, transportation or related sectors. * Proven skills in coordinating, motivating, and leading sales teams. * Strong commercial drive, focused on results and productivity. * Ability to engage in commercial objectives beyond sales (interact with other areas of the company). * Skilled in building strong customer relationships and identifying business opportunities. * Desired: technical knowledge of the product/sector. Training will be provided, but learning ability and adaptability to the sector are essential.
