**Job Description** We are looking for a **mechanic or assistant** to support the operation and basic maintenance of machinery used in tortilla/toasted corn chip production. Main equipment includes the **grinder**, the **corn cooking vat**, and the **tortilla oven feeder**. It is also the responsibility of this role to **monitor and adjust the quality** of tortillas and toasted corn chips during the process.
