Description and details of activities * Provides nursing and first aid services to workers. * Coordinates the employee consultation log. * Supports awareness-raising and training on safety, hygiene, and occupational health. * Responsible for coordinating health and prevention brigade activities for IMSS and ISSESALUD. * Completes IMSS work accident forms (ST\-7\) and STPS forms (CM\-2 A). * Responsible for managing the first aid kit and its corresponding log. * Collaborates with various company departments to prevent accidents and illnesses. * Supports the Hygiene and Safety Committee. * Conducts admission medical examinations and health monitoring examinations. * Maintains logs of infectious biological waste. * Responsible for requesting necessary supplies for first aid kits. Experience and Requirements * Completed bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2\-3 years of experience in Industrial Nursing, preferably in maquiladora settings. * Excellent service attitude and strong commitment. * Knowledge of IMSS and STPS procedures. * Experience organizing campaigns and familiarity with official Mexican NOM standards. **KNOWLEDGE**: * Microsoft. * First aid, CPR, brigades.  **SKILLS**: * Service-oriented attitude, * Adaptability to change, responsibility, and organization.
