Opportunity for professional growth on high-end projects. **Site Architect — Puebla** We are an architecture firm based in Monterrey, specializing in high-end residential projects. We are expanding into Puebla and seeking the person who will manage our projects on-site from start to finish, fully supported by the design team in Monterrey. ***What will you do in this role?*** * Serve as the firm’s on-site presence in Puebla: represent the studio before clients, contractors, and authorities * Supervise construction daily, from foundation to key handover * Manage the construction schedule, budget, and weekly progress reports * Coordinate and oversee subcontractors (structural, electrical, plumbing, gas, finishes) * Resolve on-site issues without halting construction * Handle municipal permits and procedures in Puebla * Submit structured progress reports to the Monterrey team * Maintain the site logbook and quality control of materials ***What are we looking for in you?*** * Licensed architect with professional license certificate * 5–8 years of construction experience, preferably in residential projects * Completion of at least three full projects: from layout to handover * Ability to read budgets and itemized catalogs—not only supervise finishes * Knowledge of local regulations and municipal procedures in Puebla or the Greater Puebla area * Proficiency in AutoCAD and REVIT for reading execution drawings * Strong communication skills to interact professionally and clearly with clients * A decisive, organized, and field-judgment-oriented individual * Willingness to travel ***What we offer*** * Competitive salary commensurate with experience (to be discussed during interview) * Formal employment under the firm’s payroll * Statutory benefits * Full support from the design and management team in Monterrey * High-end projects with opportunities for growth within the firm Work Mode: **On-site in Puebla with periodic visits to Monterrey** Availability: Immediate or short-term If you have completed projects from start to finish and understand the effort required to build a well-executed home, we want to meet you. **Send your CV and photos of completed projects to: admin@madarqstudio.com** Salary: $18,000.00 \- $23,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
