Job Description: Our ideal candidate is someone deeply passionate about architecture and project development across all phases. The selected individual will be responsible for the end-to-end development of architectural projects—from conceptual design and design development through executive documentation—actively coordinating with all disciplines and engineering teams, and generating innovative proposals that meet the highest standards of design and quality. Responsibilities: * Development of architectural and conceptual preliminary designs; * Design development (interior spaces, 3D modeling, and virtual walkthroughs); * Executive documentation (preparation of construction drawings and details); * Coordination with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, etc.); * Preparation of client presentations and graphic materials; * Supervision and monitoring of regulatory and technical compliance. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (professional licensure preferred); * 2–5 years of experience in executive project development; * Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite; * Solid knowledge of construction processes; * Strong teamwork skills, organizational ability, dedication, and meticulous attention to detail; * Intermediate English proficiency desirable.
