We are looking for an Interior Design Advisor with a commercial focus, combining good taste, creativity, and sales skills. **Salary:** 12,000.00 (MXN) - 15,000.00 (MXN) per month **Location:** Mérida-Progreso Highway - Tamara (on-site) **Job Objective:** Responsible for attending to, advising, and accompanying the customer throughout the purchasing process of curtains and related products. **Base Salary:** $6,000 to $7,500 biweekly payment. **Commissions:** 3% on sales - biweekly payment Statutory benefits **Working Hours:** 9 am to 6 pm or 10 am to 7 pm (including 1 hr lunch break), Monday to Friday; Saturday: 9 am to 2 pm (rotating rest day), fixed rest day: Sunday. **Main Responsibilities:** Customer Service and Advisory * Greet and assist customers. * Listen to customer needs. * Recommend appropriate products based on space, style, and functionality Sales and Quotations * Take measurements. * Prepare detailed quotations. * Provide timely follow-up until sale closure. Administrative Tasks * Register customers, needs, and progress in internal systems. * Generate weekly/monthly sales reports. Promotion and Business Relations * Participate in trade shows, presentations, and local business activities. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred. **Experience:** 1 to 3 years in luxury product or service sales or interior decoration. **Tools and Technology:** CRM, Excel, AutoCAD **Skills:** Analytical ability, strong writing skills, results-oriented. **Languages:** Basic/intermediate English preferred. *Valid driver’s license.
