**REQUIREMENTS** Civil Engineer, Architect, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience Must reside in Mérida, Yucatán **JOB DESCRIPTION** Resident with experience in Industrial Facilities, with knowledge in civil construction, earthworks, foundations, masonry, hydraulic, sanitary, stormwater, electrical, gas, fire protection, voice and data, CCTV, air conditioning systems, general knowledge of finishes, carpentry, glazing, drywall ceilings, ceramics and porcelain tiles, roofing, progress control, construction scheduling, productivity, materials, material requisitions, piecework agreements, site generators, and site logs. **Duties and Responsibilities:** 1.- REVIEW OF PLANS. For execution according to floor plans, isometrics, single-line diagrams, mechanical guides, detail drawings, models, colors, etc. 2.- PLANNING OF ACTIVITIES. In coordination with all departments: civil works, structures, installations, finishes, for the execution of tasks through a project schedule in Microsoft Project. 3.- QUANTIFICATION AND MATERIAL REQUESTS. Quantifications will be generated together with the supervisors of the involved areas, such as rebar, cement, wood, concrete, ceramic tiles, paint, drywall, installations, etc., and presented physically as a draft to budget control for formal issuance in the corresponding format. 4.- SUPERVISION OF WORK. Coordinated management of labor personnel from both direct staff and subcontractors. 5- PREPARATION OF WEEKLY REPORTS. In coordination with the Site Superintendent. 6.- CHANGE ORDERS: Preparation of budgets using the appropriate software and formats for submission, approval, and implementation. 7.- VERIFICATION OF CONSTRUCTION PROCESSES: Validate mix proportions, layout markings, alignment, quality, plumb, levels, to ensure correct execution of work without rework for any reason. 8.- PREPARATION OF PIECEWORK AGREEMENTS: Preparation and reconciliation with contractors for payment processing, properly completed and documented. **Proficiency in the following software:** * **Office Suite** * **AutoCAD, Project** * **REVIT** Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $18,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site job
