




**Grupo Arcondec** is seeking an **Administrative Analyst** with experience in invoice review, payment control, bank reconciliation, submission of accounting documentation, etc. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review supplier invoices and reimbursement requests for payments, ensuring compliance with tax requirements (RFC, CFDI usage, payment method, etc.) and delivery acknowledgments. * Monthly reporting on supplier credit invoices, reviewed and approved for payment scheduling. * Control of supplier payments, including executed transfers, advances, and estimates. * Preparation of supplier contracts meeting regulatory requirements and registered in REPSE. * Execution of pre-authorized bank transfers to suppliers, expense accounts, service providers, and other required recipients. * Recording all Bancomer transactions in Excel—including transfers and bank charges—and maintaining an up-to-date account balance. * Control and review of expense reimbursements, broken down by project. * Preparation of activity reports—daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly—with categorization breakdowns. * Tracking of pending invoices to be issued or received for accounting closure (all transfers must be supported by tax-compliant invoices). * Monthly Bancomer bank reconciliation. * Physical/digital filing and safeguarding of accounting documentation, with monthly backups. * Timely submission of accounting paperwork according to the defined closing calendar (pre-closing on the 25th, closing on the 5th of each month); preparation and submission of all required documentation. * REPSE reporting: ICOSÉ and SISUB (contract reports, work performed, personnel assigned per project). * Other administrative or accounting tasks as required. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field (preferred) * Minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Proficiency in MS Office * Strong communication skills **We Offer:** * Monthly salary between $20,000 and $22,000 (net) * Statutory benefits * Major medical expense insurance * Mobile phone and computer equipment * Ongoing training * Growth opportunities Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20,000.00 – $22,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
