Goal-oriented work under tight deadlines A construction-sector company is looking for a **100% productive Senior CAD Architect**, focused on **outsourced construction drawings and work generators**. **This is NOT an architectural design position.** It is a technical role requiring **production, speed, and precision in AutoCAD 2D**. **Job Objective** To produce construction drawings and their **work generators (generator numbers)** from sketches, meeting **technical standards and weekly production targets**. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpretation of sketches (freehand) and drafting into **AutoCAD 2D** * Creation of **work generators** (closed polylines, quantification) * Drawing revisions based on **redlines and weekly reviews** * Delivery of construction-ready drawings within defined timelines **Requirements (MANDATORY)** * Architecture or Civil Engineering degree (student or graduate) * **Proven experience in work generators / quantification** * Proficiency in **AutoCAD 2D** with **high drafting speed** * Ability to work toward goals and under time pressure * Discipline, organization, and results orientation University of origin is not a screening criterion.
