Real estate development company located in Mérida, Yucatán, specialized in marketing investment developments, is seeking: **SALES ADVISOR** **Position Objective:** Promote, advise, and finalize the sale of developments by providing personalized and professional customer service, managing the complete sales process from prospecting to closing, and contributing to the sustained growth of the client portfolio and the brand's commercial positioning. **What do we offer?** * **Monthly salary:** $8,500 net per month * **Commissions:** 6% on direct sales completed * **IMSS** * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with availability for weekends according to commercial events * **Location:** Mérida, Yucatán **What are the job requirements? Education:** * Completed high school diploma * (Desirable) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. **Minimum experience:** * 2 years in real estate sales, consultative sales, or customer service. **Technical skills:** * Knowledge of real estate sales processes, property deeds, and mortgage loans. * Ability to prospect, schedule appointments, and conduct closings. * Basic CRM and digital tools proficiency. * Professional use of social media for sales. * Desirable: Own vehicle. **Main responsibilities:** * Actively prospect new clients through social media, phone calls, events, or referrals. * Provide personalized advice regarding available developments and options. * Conduct presentations, site visits, and demonstrations at projects. * Record and update client information in the CRM. * Follow up with prospects until closure is achieved. * Prepare commercial proposals and quotations. * Report progress and activities to the Sales Coordinator. * Participate in real estate events, fairs, or promotional activations. * Monitor prices, promotions, and competition.
