




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Project Leader in residential construction to comprehensively coordinate all stages of construction projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, high-quality, and scope-compliant delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage construction resources and risks. 2. Coordinate all project phases, from planning to final delivery. 3. Ensure compliance with budget, schedule, and quality in deliverables. We seek a **Project Leader** with experience in vertical or horizontal residential projects to comprehensively coordinate all stages of our construction projects, from planning through final delivery. The selected candidate will be responsible for **ensuring timely, cost-effective, high-quality, and scope-compliant delivery**, leading multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors, resources, and construction risks. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate Staff, Design, Permits, BIM, and Budget departments during the planning phase. * Define and validate technical scope and master project schedule. * Lead on-site technical teams and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to schedules and quality and safety standards. * Manage physical and financial progress, as well as operational risks. * Coordinate deliveries to Customer Service, authorities, and property management departments. * Ensure administrative and legal closure of each project. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master’s degree preferred). * **Experience:** 5–7 years coordinating and executing vertical or horizontal residential projects. * Specialization or postgraduate studies in Project or Construction Management (preferred). * Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Autodesk, and MS Project. * Basic–intermediate English. * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams. **Competencies:** * Leadership and effective communication. * Planning and results-oriented mindset. * Analytical ability and capacity to work under pressure. * Sensitivity to guidelines and regulatory compliance. **Key Performance Indicators:** * Compliance with construction budget and schedule. * Achievement of critical milestones. * Quality of deliverables and administrative closures.
