Job Objective Coordinate and follow up on administrative activities related to the restaurant’s product marketing, supporting sales control, customer service, order management, and commercial strategies that contribute to business growth. Main Responsibilities * Register and manage customer orders. * Support promotion of the restaurant’s products and services. * Maintain up-to-date records of customers and suppliers. * Assist in preparing sales reports and performance analysis. * Support management of the restaurant’s social media or commercial promotions. Position Profile **Education:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. **Experience:** * 1–2 years in administrative, sales, or customer service roles. * Experience in the restaurant or food industry (preferred). **Knowledge:** * Basic or intermediate Excel proficiency. * Sales control and administrative reporting. * Customer service and commercial follow-up. * Social media management (preferred). Performance Indicators * Achievement of sales targets. * Accuracy of administrative reports. * Customer satisfaction level.
