Requirements: * Minimum one year of experience in a similar position. * Civil Engineering or Architecture degree. * Knowledge of construction processes for industrial buildings, high-rise buildings, and infrastructure. * Ability to interpret drawings and shop drawings (metal structure drawings). * Proficiency in NEODATA, AutoCAD, and Office software (Excel, Word). * Knowledge of unit prices and budgeting. Main Responsibilities: * Preparation of material takeoffs or quantification for metal structures. * Preparing quotations and timely responding to suppliers. * Developing unit price matrices and creating concept catalogs. * Preparing change orders once contracts are assigned. * Developing construction schedules. * Preparing technical and economic documentation for private and public tenders.
