Experience with BIM or LEAN Construction methodologies Executive Project Architect – Mass Social Housing \- EXPERIENCE IN MASS HOUSING PROJECTS IS MANDATORY \- **A leading Mexican construction company with over 20 years of experience in public and private works** is seeking an **Executive Project Architect** with experience in **mass social housing**. The position will be responsible for **coordinating the development of executive projects**, ensuring proper technical integration, regulatory compliance, and constructability. Position Objective To coordinate and manage the development of **executive architectural projects for mass social housing**, ensuring: * Integration among architecture and engineering disciplines * Regulatory compliance * Cost optimization * Technical feasibility for construction Main Responsibilities * Coordinate the development of **executive architectural projects for mass housing**. * Integrate and review technical information from **engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, and site development)**. * Coordinate external architecture and engineering firms. * Ensure compliance with **regulations and guidelines applicable to social housing**. * Review project progress, deliverables, and technical quality. * Ensure projects are **constructively viable and cost-optimized**. * Track project development with management and clients. Candidate Profile — Education Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture (mandatory)** Master’s degree preferred in: * Urban Planning * Real Estate Development * Project Management Required Experience **6–10 years of experience in developing executive projects.** **Mandatory:** * **Minimum 3 years in mass social housing projects.** * Experience with **BIM or LEAN Construction methodologies**. * Experience in **coordinating engineering disciplines (structural, MEP, and site development)**. * Experience coordinating external firms or multidisciplinary teams. Software * AutoCAD (advanced) * Lean Construction / BIM * SketchUp, Lumion or similar * OPUS or unit-price estimation software * Project management software (MS Project, Primavera, Monday or similar) Competencies * Multidisciplinary coordination * Project planning and control * Architectural and construction-oriented vision * Organization and tracking * Communication with clients and management * Ability to manage technical teams Salary: $31,000\.00 \- $40,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
