Requirements: * Education: Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics or Telecommunications Engineering * Professional degree mandatory (required for signing blueprints and assuming legal responsibilities) * Minimum experience: 6 years in telecommunications systems design and integration * Software: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, C\+\+, Scala * English: Intermediate level B1–B2 (with willingness to further develop proficiency) * Position Objective: * Develop and maintain corporate telecommunications and WiFi standards, ensuring efficient integration and interoperability of technological systems across our properties. Key Responsibilities: * Evaluate emerging technologies applicable to intelligent building management, aligned with chain standards. * Validate projects developed by external firms and vendors, ensuring their proper integration into property designs. * Guarantee interoperability among operational technological systems (hotels, plazas, and distribution centers) and the BMS. * Collaborate with Operations to define functional requirements for control and monitoring in operational areas. * Coordinate technical integration of telecommunications systems. * Supervise the design and implementation of technological systems. * Prepare calculation reports and technical documentation. * Work jointly with Systems and IT departments. * Provide technical support during vendor negotiation and evaluation processes.
