Main Responsibilities: \- Support in the preparation and modification of architectural drawings. \- Preparation of concept catalogs and basic quantity takeoffs. \- Excel proficiency for information control and construction progress tracking. \- Support in generating and preparing technical documentation. \- Monitoring construction progress and field surveys. \- Basic coordination with engineering teams and contractors. \- Review of drawings and construction details. Requirements: \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (recent graduate or with initial experience). \- Basic/intermediate AutoCAD skills (mandatory). \- Knowledge of concept catalog preparation. \- Proficiency in Excel. \- Familiarity with unit-price software such as Opus or Neodata is desirable. \- Basic understanding of construction processes. \- Availability to work in Monterrey and its metropolitan area. \- Ability to commute and availability for site visits. Preferred Qualifications: \- Basic proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or other modeling software. \- Prior experience in professional internships or social service at construction sites or architecture firms.
