We are seeking: **Hydrosanitary Installation Designer (MEP)** Work location: Benito Juárez, CDMX. Requirements: · Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. **DEGREE MANDATORY** · **Minimum 2 years of experience developing executive installation projects** (verifiable) · Experience developing vertical housing projects (more than 10 levels and more than 50 apartments), mixed-use developments, commercial buildings, and urbanization projects. · Proficiency in CAD (mandatory), REVIT (desirable) Knowledge of: Regulations: · R.C.D.F. and its N.T.C. · CONAGUA Standards · IMSS Standards · Sacmex Technical Guide Software: · AutoCAD 2D and 3D · Revit MEP Responsibilities: · Design, drafting, calculation, documentation, and projection of hydraulic, fire protection, irrigation, stormwater, sanitary, and gas installations using AutoCAD and Revit. · Basic and detailed conceptual engineering. · Project follow-up with clients (reviews and proposals of alternative solutions). · Calculation and specification of hydrosanitary installations (machine rooms, cistern volumes, pump selection according to characteristic curves, pipe specifications, valves, filters, friction loss calculations, etc.). · Preparation and review of calculation reports for hydrosanitary installations, complying with regulations, technical guidelines, and mathematical foundations. · Coordination and clash detection among engineering disciplines. · Interaction with suppliers, clients, and external consultants for project coordination. · Field surveys and documentation of information for design purposes.
