At Digitalrocks—a leader in the industry working with brands such as Concha y Toro, Coppel, AstraZeneca, Grupo Danone, Sanofi, Desarrollos Atlas, among others—we are seeking a **Community Manager**. **If you have** * A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields. * Two years of experience as a Community Manager. * Passion for technology and innovation. * **Reside in Mexico City (CDMX) or its surrounding areas (Mandatory).** **Required Skills:** * Ability to work under pressure (the Community Manager must resolve reputation crises, negative comments, complaints, and posts). * Excellent writing and spelling skills. * Strong time management (ensuring accounts are not neglected). * Creative, organized, structured, and capable of maintaining planning and tracking client needs. * Proficiency in Google Ads and Analytics. * Experience using social media management, listening, and reporting tools such as Socialbakers, Sysomos, TweetDeck, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc. * Ability to define and track KPIs. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and respond to direct messages and comments on social media. * Write and design social media posts. * Develop social media content calendars. * Generate measurement reports, content creation reports, and content scheduling reports. * Monitor and manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn). * Follow up on and present completed projects to clients. **We Offer:** * Hybrid work model. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (one-hour lunch break). * Monthly gross salary: **$12,000 MXN**. * Ongoing training. * Statutory benefits after three months of employment. **Benefits:** * Central, top-tier facilities. * Timely and punctual salary payments (in compliance with legal requirements). * Stable employment. * Competitive salary. * Clearly defined processes and responsibilities. * Accounting services. * Recognized agency. * Positive work environment. * Collaboration with well-known brands. * Recognition of effort.
