Financial Services Manager: manages the center, formulates strategies and action plans to achieve commercial, operational, customer satisfaction, digitalization, transactional referral, turnover, and workplace climate goals. Monitors employee productivity, identifies improvement opportunities, and develops action plans. Enhances employee talent and development through training, promotes a positive work environment and conditions for the team, guarantees excellence by overseeing operational and commercial activities in strict compliance with regulations. Provides guidance from onboarding through mastery of job responsibilities. Complies with audit requirements. Education: * **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting (degree holder)** Requirements: * Advanced proficiency in financial tools and data analysis; familiarity with digital technology. * Team management experience; at least 5 years of experience in similar positions within the financial sector. * Experience in financial product management, portfolio recovery, and business strategy development. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday, with two days off per week.
