




Position Summary: Lead, coordinate, and comprehensively supervise architectural projects from conception through final delivery, ensuring integration of design, engineering disciplines, and quality. Direct client interaction and value-added development. **Education:** Licensed Architect (Master’s degree in Project Management, Construction, or related fields preferred). **Experience:** Minimum 8–10 years in development, coordination, and execution of architectural and construction projects, preferably high-end residential and urban developments. **Position Objective** To lead, coordinate, and comprehensively supervise architectural projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring proper integration of design, engineering disciplines, construction methods, finishes, and quality—generating added value for both clients and the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Thoroughly understand each assigned residence and project, including: * Construction methods * Structural systems * Engineering disciplines (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, specialty systems, etc.) * Construction processes and regulatory requirements * Lead comprehensive coordination among: * Architectural design team * Engineers involved from early stages * Internal construction, finishes, and quality departments * Actively participate in project kickoff meetings with engineering teams to: * Prevent clashes and interferences * Optimize technical solutions * Ensure constructability and cost efficiency * Maintain continuous project oversight until final residence delivery, ensuring: * Timely completion * Construction quality * Accurate design execution * Maintain direct and ongoing interaction with clients: * Progress presentations * Expectation alignment * Resolution of technical and design observations * Coordinate and lead weekly meetings with the **Finishes and Quality** department to: * Verify specifications * Supervise quality standards * Identify and promptly correct deviations * Supervise non-residential projects focused on: * Urban development * Public spaces and municipal areas * Projects where architecture + engineering generate added value **Required Technical Knowledge** * Project planning tools: Monday or similar. * Software: AutoCAD and Revit, V-Ray / 3ds Max, Twinmotion, SketchUp. * Residential and urban architectural design * Urban development and infrastructure planning * Landscape architecture and exterior space design * Interpretation of topography, slopes, and contours * Urban and municipal regulations * Integration of engineering disciplines * Construction processes and quality control **Key Skills** * Leadership and decision-making * High capacity for multidisciplinary coordination * Effective communication with clients and technical teams * Strategic thinking and holistic project vision * Technical analysis and problem-solving * Organization and management of multiple projects **Desirable Competencies** * Results-oriented mindset and focus on added value * Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture * Ability to anticipate technical and construction risks * Architectural and urban sensitivity **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with lunch break from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. * Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $38,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance or service * Sick leave days * Company parking * Free parking * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
