We are seeking a skilled and motivated **Senior Business Analyst** with a background in Financial Services to join our team. You will play a key role in shaping business solutions and supporting strategic initiatives within a dynamic environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with cross\-functional teams and contribute to impactful projects. **Responsibilities** * Collaborate with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the overall product vision and roadmap * Identify and define product capabilities, features, and functions * Develop Epics, user stories, and establish clear success criteria * Elaborate on stories, business logic, and expected business outcomes * Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, Epics, and stories * Participate in sprint review demos and provide constructive feedback * Track feedback from reviews and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog * Take part in incident triaging to address and resolve product issues * Serve as the primary contact for business questions and clarifications **Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst * Experience working in Agile environments * Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for tracking and managing requirements * Ability to plan and organize business analysis activities * Skilled in eliciting information from stakeholders to gather requirements * Excellent English communication skills at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * Experience documenting BA artifacts such as requirements, process flows, and user stories * Knowledge of business analysis information management practices * Ability to estimate effort for business analysis tasks * Background in Financial Services * Experience in wealth management within the financial sector
