Join the **Vinte** team as: **Sustainable Community Social Manager.** Position Objective: Contribute to the creation and consolidation of sustainable communities by maximizing the effectiveness of the Community Master Plan. **Key Responsibilities:** * Understand and implement the Community Master Plan, fostering active participation and integration of all stakeholder groups within the **Vinte** Community. * Promote community development to build traditions and customs, enhancing quality of life. * Develop activities that impact the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals and **Vinte**’s social footprint. * Guide and raise awareness among Community stakeholders regarding compliance with the Internal Regulations, thereby enhancing prestige and added value for development. * Engage the Community in initiatives supporting continuous improvement of the neighborhood organization, ensuring its sustainability. * Monitor compliance with condominium and civil regulations, guaranteeing coexistence, harmony, and respect among **Vinte** Community stakeholders. * Promote the use of technological and digital tools to report on operations, administration, and efficiency in access control for residential developments or urban complexes, thereby improving customer satisfaction. * Mediate and reconcile between Community stakeholders to resolve any conflicts that may arise. * Encourage adherence to the Community Master Plan to ensure its effectiveness within the **Vinte** Community. * Fulfill responsibilities outlined in Post-Sales Social Policies, positively impacting Vinte’s Value Chain indicators. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (LAE), Social Work, Sociology, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience in condominium management and community organization. * Responsibilities require an individual capable of executing activities that foster the community’s social development; who communicates effectively and collaborates in teams with service-providing companies. **WE OFFER:** Competitive salary \+ Attractive benefits package Professional development opportunities If you believe you meet all requirements, apply now.
