Position Objective Support attraction, recruitment, and selection processes for operational and administrative personnel, ensuring timely vacancy coverage in casino, restaurant, and nightclub areas with candidates meeting required profiles and service standards. Main Responsibilities Posting vacancies on job boards and social media. Screening resumes and pre-selecting candidates. Scheduling and tracking interviews. Conducting initial interviews (telephone or in-person screening). Supporting job fairs and mass recruitment events. Compiling personnel files. Verifying employment references. Tracking candidates throughout the hiring process. Supporting onboarding processes. Updating candidate databases. Field recruitment (flyer distribution, posting, local agreements). **Candidate Profile** Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Experience: 6 months to 1 year in recruitment (preferably within hospitality, entertainment, or retail sectors). Experience in mass recruitment (preferred). Knowledge: Basic interviewing techniques. Proficiency with job boards (Indeed, OCC, social media). Personnel file compilation. Basic knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT). Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
