Professional and collaborative work environment PRESTIGIOUS COMPANY SEEKING PAYROLL SPECIALIST **Main Responsibilities:** * **Payroll calculation, review, and stamping** for weekly, biweekly, or fortnightly payrolls (**CONTPAQI)** * **Incident management** (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.) * **IMSS and INFONAVIT employee onboarding, offboarding, and modifications** (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE). * **SDI and ISR calculation and control.** * **Severance and settlement calculations.** * **Accounting integration and reconciliations between CONTPAQI Payroll and SAP (FI/CO).** * Support during **labor, tax, and social security audits.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience managing payrolls in **large companies** * Proficiency in **CONTPAQI Payroll system (mandatory), SAP (FI or CO modules).** * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data validation, database cross-referencing). * Knowledge of **SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT Empresarial.** * Familiarity with and ability to apply the **Federal Labor Law (LFT), Income Tax Law (LISR), Social Security Law (LSS), INFONAVIT Law, Federal Tax Code (CFF), and CFDI standards.** **We Offer:** * **Weekly salary of $3,500** * **Job stability and opportunities for professional growth.** * **Professional and collaborative work environment.** * **Housing coverage in Monterrey** * **Relocation cost coverage** to Monterrey.
