




Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Specialist with experience in payroll administration, tax calculation and control, and management of accounting and social security systems. Key Highlights: 1. Payroll administration and incident control 2. Proficiency in CONTPAQI Payroll and SAP (FI/CO) systems 3. Knowledge of labor and tax regulations IMPORTANT COMPANY SEEKING PAYROLL SPECIALIST **Main Responsibilities:** * **Calculation, review, and stamping of payrolls** on a weekly, biweekly, or fortnightly basis (**CONTPAQI)** * **Incident control** (absences, disabilities, vacations, etc.) * **Employee registration, termination, and modifications with IMSS and INFONAVIT** (SUA, IDSE, SIPARE). * **Calculation and control of SDI and ISR.** * **Calculation of severance payments and settlements.** * **Accounting integration and reconciliations between CONTPAQI Payroll and SAP (FI/CO).** * Support for **labor, tax, and social security audits.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field. * Minimum **1 year of experience administering payrolls** in **large companies** * **Proficiency in CONTPAQI Payroll (mandatory) and SAP (FI or CO modules).** * **Advanced Excel** (pivot tables, data validation, database cross-referencing). * Familiarity with **SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and INFONAVIT Empresarial.** * Knowledge and application of **LFT, LISR, LSS,** INFONAVIT Law, CFF, and **CFDI.** **We Offer:** * **Salary: $3,500 weekly** * **Job stability and opportunities for professional development.** * **Professional and collaborative work environment.** * **Housing coverage in Monterrey** * **Coverage of relocation costs** to Monterrey.
