Position Summary: We are seeking a Payroll Executive with experience in payroll calculation, ISR (Income Tax), Social Security, and INFONAVIT, as well as proficiency in SUA and handling various variable payroll components. Key Highlights: 1. Minimum 3 years of payroll experience with various payroll schemes. 2. Advanced Excel and accounting software skills (Contpaq preferred). 3. Comprehensive payroll management for approximately 500 employees. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years as a Payroll Executive managing various payroll schemes. Strong Excel skills and knowledge of payroll and accounting software (Contpaq preferred). Knowledge: Payroll calculation, ISR, Social Security, INFONAVIT, SUA, salary integrations, Federal Labor Law, IMSS Law, INFONAVIT Law, ISR Law, 3% payroll tax, Excel macros. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Weekly incident analysis for payroll calculation; processing hires, terminations, and salary modifications in payroll. \- Weekly and biweekly payroll processing; ISR withholding calculation; taxable and exempt income classification; handling various variable payroll components (overtime, bonuses, food vouchers, premiums, compensations, etc.). \- Annual calculations, PTU (Profit Sharing), Christmas bonus (Aguinaldo), severance and settlement calculations. \- Personnel roster control, diverse reporting, personnel movements, incidents compliant with the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations, management of social security concepts. \- Bimonthly salary integration for IMSS. \- Monitoring of payroll stamping (Timbrado de Nóminas). \- Administration of payroll for approximately 500 employees; Excel management (tables, formulas, formatting, etc.). \- IMSS, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE management: hires, terminations, salary modifications, disability claims, annual calculation of Work Risk Premium. Monitoring of ST\-7 and ST\-2 forms; INFONAVIT portal management. \- Accounting reconciliations. \- Calculation of INFONAVIT and FONACOT withholdings. \- Generation of monthly reports. \- Disability claim management.
