Personnel file management in accordance with the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * **Social Security:** Oversight of affiliation activities (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) and ensuring correct payment of employer-employee contributions. * **REPSE:** Ensuring compliance with the Federal Labor Law for companies registered in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Construction Works (REPSE), submitting required reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * **Legal Updates:** Staying current on labor and social security regulations, implementing changes promptly. Integration and management of personnel files. * **Recruitment and Selection:** End-to-end management of operational and administrative vacancies.
