




Position Summary: Payroll Analyst with experience in the Federal Labor Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS), National Workers' Housing Fund Institute (INFONAVIT), National Workers' Savings Fund (FONACOT), National Institute of Safety and Hygiene (ISN), responsible for payroll calculation and social security, personnel administration, and recruitment. Grocery vouchers. **Responsibilities:** * **Payroll:** Accurate payroll calculation, incorporating earnings, deductions, incidents, and benefits. File management in accordance with the Federal Labor Law and IMSS guidelines. * **Social Security:** Supervise affiliation activities (registrations, cancellations, salary adjustments) and ensure correct payment of employer-employee contributions. * **REPSE:** Ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law provisions for companies registered in the Registry of Specialized Service Providers or Specialized Construction Works (REPSE), submitting required reports to the Ministry of Labor and Social Welfare (STPS). * **Legal Updates:** Stay current on labor and social security regulations, implementing changes promptly. Personnel file integration and management. * **Recruitment and Selection:** Comprehensive management of operational and administrative vacancies.
