




Position Summary: Comprehensive manager of human capital, ensuring regulatory compliance and talent supply for operations. Key Highlights: 1. Manages labor relations and personnel administration 2. Basic knowledge of IMSS and payroll (IDSE, SUA) 3. Implements NOM-035 and organizes integration events **Location:** Industrial Vallejo, Azcapotzalco. **Schedule:** Monday to Friday (indicate if Saturdays are worked). **Position Objective:** To comprehensively manage the unit’s human capital, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations and proper talent supply for operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Labor Relations:** Handling resignations, final settlements, conciliation agreements before the Conciliation Center, and responding to STPS inspections. * **Personnel Administration:** Monitoring attendance incidents for payroll (absences, tardiness, overtime), managing employee files, and issuing uniforms/PPE. * **IMSS and Payroll:** Basic knowledge of IDSE and SUA systems for employee onboarding, offboarding, and salary adjustments. * **Culture and Climate:** Implementation of NOM-035 and organization of integration events. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Incomplete bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Accounting. * **Experience:** Minimum 2–3 years as an HR Generalist or HR Supervisor, preferably in the industrial or logistics sector. * **Knowledge:** Federal Labor Law (LFT), Social Security Law, and experience using a payroll ERP system (Contpaqi, NOI, SAP). * **Skills:** Assertive communication, conflict resolution, and strong sense of urgency.
