Position Summary: We are seeking an Accountant to ensure the integrity and reliability of financial, accounting, and tax information, supervising processes and fulfilling obligations to support strategic decision-making. Maintain up-to-date compliance with tax and labor obligations WE SEEK AN ACCOUNTANT WITH A DEGREE AND PROFESSIONAL LICENSE, WITH AT LEAST 8 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION. POSITION OBJECTIVE To guarantee the integrity, timeliness, and reliability of GROBSON’s and its affiliated companies’ financial, accounting, and tax information by supervising and controlling accounting processes and ensuring compliance with tax and labor obligations, thereby ensuring that accounting information accurately reflects operations and serves as a basis for strategic decision-making. GENERAL OBJECTIVES 1. Ensure accounting records are prepared accurately and on time, in accordance with current tax and financial regulations. 2. Coordinate monthly consolidation and review of financial statements for all group companies. 3. Maintain up-to-date compliance with tax, labor, and employer obligations to preserve favorable opinions from SAT, IMSS, and Infonavit. 4. Supervise payroll processes, social contributions, and related accounting reconciliations. 5. Coordinate the flow of accounting information between external firms and internal company departments. 6. Provide accurate accounting and tax information to the General Management and the Administration and Finance Department to support strategic decision-making. **Required Knowledge.** * General accounting knowledge. * Advanced Excel skills. * In-depth knowledge of tax regulations (mandatory). * Participation in accounting projects. * Experience in financial analysis and reporting. * Experience with accounting standards and regulations. * Accounting software knowledge. **Required Skills.** Organization, active listening, problem-solving, strategic and critical thinking, discretion, professionalism, punctuality, leadership, accountability, creativity, and attention to detail.
