Position Summary: Deliver high-quality, safe, and warm aesthetic, body, and/or relaxation treatments, ensuring a professional and human-centered experience. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform facial and body aesthetic procedures according to established protocols 2. Operate advanced aesthetic equipment 3. Provide professional, empathetic, and respectful patient care Deliver aesthetic, body, and/or relaxation treatments with high standards of quality, safety, and warmth within a medical care environment, ensuring a professional and human-centered experience for each patient—aligned with the protocols and values of Shape Body Center. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with other professionals and patients to ensure optimal outcomes. 1\. Patient Care and Procedures * **Perform facial and body aesthetic procedures according to established protocols.** * **Operate aesthetic equipment (radiofrequency, fractional radiofrequency, laser hair removal, Mesoject, Emsella, and other authorized devices).** * **Provide cosmetology and relaxation services (facial cleansing, massages, lymphatic drainage, prenatal massages, muscle-relaxing massages, etc.).** * Prepare treatment room, equipment, and supplies before and after each session. * Explain the procedure, benefits, risks, and pre- and post-treatment care to the patient. * Monitor patient progress and record relevant observations. 2\. Safety and Clinical Compliance * Accurately complete clinical records, informed consent forms, and related documentation. * Adhere to hygiene, biosafety, and RPBI (regulated potentially infectious biological materials) handling protocols. * Identify warning signs or adverse reactions and report them immediately. * Follow medical instructions when the procedure serves as a complement to medical treatment. 3\. Basic Administrative Oversight * Record sessions and progress in authorized systems or formats. * Support inventory control for the area and request timely replenishment. * Verify product expiration dates and proper storage conditions. * Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs. 4\. Patient Experience and Commercial Support * Provide professional, empathetic, and respectful patient care. * Address patient inquiries within your scope of competence. * Recommend complementary treatments appropriately, without commercial pressure. * Collaborate with the marketing department when required (testimonials, demonstrations, authorized content). Job Requirements / Academic Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree and/or Technical Diploma in Cosmetology / Cosmeaesthetics / Esthetics · Courses, diplomas, or certifications in aesthetic, body, and facial treatments (preferred). · English: Intermediate level. · Professional appearance: Excellent presentation. Technical Knowledge: · Aesthetic body and facial treatments. · Use of aesthetic equipment. · Anatomy and physiology of skin and hair. · Hygiene, biosafety, and RPBI handling protocols. · Clinical records and basic documentation. Skills: · Manual dexterity and precision in performing procedures. · Clear communication and empathetic interpersonal skills. · Clinical observation and attention to detail. · Teamwork and strict adherence to protocols. · Organization and accountability. · Proactive attitude and commitment to continuous learning. Experience: · Minimum 1 year of experience in spas, aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, or dermatofunctional rehabilitation centers (preferred). Working Conditions: · On-site work at the clinic. · Working hours according to the assigned schedule. · Discretion and confidential handling of sensitive information. · Punctuality, accountability, and professional ethics. · Mandatory use of uniform and personal protective equipment.
