Candidate Requirements * Gender: Male or Female * Age: Over 20 years old. * Education: Completed high school or technical degree (preferred). * Valid driver's license (required). * Basic or intermediate English level (desirable). * Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in leadership, supervision, or team-based work. * Experience in workshops, production lines, logistics, or operational activities (desirable). * Excellent communication, organizational skills, and focus on quality. * Ability to work under pressure, coordinate multiple tasks, and solve problems promptly. * Availability to support different areas within working hours when required. Job Objective To supervise, coordinate, and ensure compliance with all production line activities and quality standards for all workshop operators, guaranteeing that processes are executed according to established timelines, while maintaining discipline, order, safety, and high team performance. Main Responsibilities * Supervise the daily performance of each operator on the production line. * Verify compliance with company-established timeframes, targets, and quality standards. * Ensure each job is properly finished and completed, verifying that the operator follows the correct process. * Assist in various operational tasks within the workshop as daily needs arise. * Coordinate task assignments among operators to optimize time and resources. * Report incidents, progress, delays, or detected failures during the shift. * Ensure cleanliness, order, and safety are maintained in every workshop area. * Foster a teamwork environment based on respect and effective communication. * Support training of new operators and reinforce good practices with the current team. * Supervise the proper use of tools, materials, and supplies. * Ensure accurate documentation of processes, project progress, and deliverables. * Collaborate with departments such as logistics, quality control, and administration to coordinate delivery schedules.
