We are seeking a **Junior Analyst for Accounts Receivable and Billing** to join our administrative and operational team. **Main responsibilities:** * Managing and releasing customer invoices upon payment confirmation. * Accurate application of payments and reconciliation of balances (Aging reports). * Feasibility analysis for ACH payments and credit granting. * Support in process audits and handling requirements from Senior Staff and Executives. * Weekly updates of dashboards and compliance reports. **Key requirements:** * Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields. * 1–2 years of experience in accounting or similar areas. * Advanced English (C1\) * Advanced proficiency in Excel and email tools. * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM (GMT\-5\) * **Work mode:** On-site **Desired skills:** * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. * Excellent organizational and time management skills. * Focus on continuous improvement and best practices.
