Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with experience in recruitment and selection for operational and administrative positions, managing job boards and conducting interviews. File integration **Job Requirements** **Education:** * Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field (in progress or completed). **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year in Human Resources or recruitment (preferably for operational roles). **Technical Knowledge:** * Recruitment and selection (operational and administrative). * Management of job boards (Indeed, OCC, Facebook, etc.). * Initial interviews. * Basic to intermediate Excel skills. * File integration. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,000.00 - $11,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
