This is a bilingual role designed for professionals who enjoy supporting new hires throughout their onboarding journey and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from the moment they accept their offer until orientation day.**Role Responsibilities** * Work closely with newly hired caregivers from offer acceptance to orientation day, ensuring a positive onboarding experience. * Provide virtual support with onboarding documents and required uploads. * Monitor onboarding status and conduct consistent follow‑ups to ensure caregivers remain eligible for orientation. * Reschedule caregiver orientations as needed. * Notify branch teams once caregivers are fully cleared (documentation \+ background checks) and ready to be staffed. **Must‑Have Skills** * Advanced conversational English (C1\). * 6 months to 1 year of experience in onboarding, customer support, HR coordination, or administrative roles involving documentation handling. * Strong calendar management and scheduling abilities. * Experience supporting individuals virtually (chat, email, phone). * High adaptability to shifting priorities, schedules, and processes. * Strong communication skills and customer‑service mindset. * Attention to detail when reviewing and managing documents. **Nice‑to‑Have Skills** * Experience with onboarding platforms or CRM systems. * Previous work in high‑volume environments (BPO, call center, administrative hubs). * Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Calendly, or similar platforms. * Prior experience in HR support or caregiver onboarding (not required). * Ability to explain processes in a clear, step‑by‑step manner. **If you know bilingual candidates looking for a unique professional opportunity, invite them to apply.** \#Administrativa25 Job Type: Full\-time Pay: Up to $1,045\.00 per month Work Location: In person
