




ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Requirements: * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field * 1 year of experience in accounts receivable * Proficiency (80%) in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (formulas/pivot tables) * Fast and accurate alphanumeric keyboard skills * ERP system experience (SAP preferred) * Knowledge of accounting and tax principles *Main Responsibilities:* * Review bank statements and apply incoming payments * Perform bank reconciliations * Validate collections from third parties and subsidiaries (via Banking Portal and SAP) * Record daily collections by legal entity in the Income Report * Apply collections received from third parties and subsidiaries * Generate and send aging reports of outstanding balances to subsidiaries and third parties * Payment complements * Prepare travel reports * Verify that travel expenses are correctly invoiced Benefits and Perks: * Monthly Net Salary plus Food Vouchers: MXN $13,898 * Vacation days as stipulated by the Federal Labor Law (LFT) * Vacation Bonus: 25% of daily salary * Year-end Bonus (Aguinaldo): 20 days’ salary, or pro-rata; after two years of service, 30 days * Additional annual bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary * Life Insurance: 12 months’ salary * Savings Fund Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (on-call shifts) Work Location: Francisco de Montejo Position Type: Full-time, Project-based or Fixed-term Contract Contract Duration: 6 months Salary: MXN $13,898.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Savings Fund * Life Insurance * Free uniforms * Food vouchers Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
