We provide an online platform enabling merchants to collect payments from electronic sales both within and outside Mercado Libre, as well as a QR-code-based system and Point-of-Sale (POS) devices to collect payments from physical-world sales. Imagine leading challenging, dynamic, and innovative projects—and **being responsible for:** * **Solving key strategic business problems—from hypothesis formulation through execution.** * Building **business cases** integrating strategic, financial, and operational analysis. * Designing, developing, and tracking the **business plan**, collaborating closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams. * Identifying **levers for growth and efficiency** to optimize **P&L, unit economics, and operating margins**. * Leading and coordinating **end-to-end strategic projects**, ensuring focus, progress, and results. * Defining, monitoring, and acting upon **critical business KPIs**. * Contributing to the development of the **value proposition and monetization strategies**. * Communicating insights and recommendations clearly and effectively to **senior stakeholders**. **Requirements:** * **3–5 years of experience in Strategy Planning, Business Operations, Strategy Consulting, or teams with functions similar to those described above.** * **Exceptional problem-solving skills**, structured thinking, and impact orientation.
