




Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the accurate calculation and payment of payroll taxes, guaranteeing compliance with labor obligations and proper management of employee incidents. Professional and collaborative work environment **Job Objective** Ensure the accurate and timely calculation, control, and payment of **payroll taxes**, guaranteeing compliance with labor, tax, and social security obligations, as well as the proper administration of employee incidents and benefits. **Main Responsibilities** * Prepare, calculate, and disburse weekly payroll. * Manage employee incidents: hiring, termination, salary adjustments, absences, disabilities, and overtime. * Prepare and control payments to **IMSS, INFONAVIT, and Payroll Tax (3%)**. * Operate platforms and systems such as **SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and payroll systems**. * Review and keep personnel files up to date. * Manage vacations, benefits, and bonuses. * Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual payroll reports. * Address employee inquiries regarding payments and benefits. * Support internal and external audits (IMSS / STPS). **Profile Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Administration, Human Resources**, or related field. * **5 years of experience** in payroll tax compliance and labor obligations. * Practical knowledge of: * IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISN * SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, NOMIPAQ, or other payroll systems * Intermediate–advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Basic English **Key Skills** * High level of **accuracy and organization** * Results-oriented * Sense of responsibility and confidentiality * Teamwork * Service-oriented attitude * Ability to work under pressure **We Offer** * Competitive salary (based on experience) * Statutory benefits * Cafeteria * Transportation * Savings fund * Scholarships * Weekly pay * Job stability * Professional and collaborative work environment Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Transportation assistance or service * Savings account * Company parking * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
