Job Summary: Responsible for issuing account statements, collecting payments, preparing reports, and performing cash reconciliation, while providing personalized and compassionate patient care. Key Responsibilities: 1. Personalized and compassionate patient care 2. Comprehensive billing and account statement management 3. Management of cash inflows and outflows Ø Issues account statements for the patient’s responsible party to receive and proceed with collection. Ø Provides account balance information to inpatients upon request, ensuring the patient is aware of their outstanding balance. Ø Prepares reports identifying patients with balances exceeding $10,000.00 pesos and initiates necessary actions to recover outstanding amounts. Ø Performs daily cash reconciliation and prepares cash packages for delivery to Panamericano Services. * Provides personalized and compassionate patient care. ➢ Issues account statements upon patient request. ➢ Collects the corresponding payment from the patient. ➢ Addresses and explains patient concerns regarding collected payments. ➢ Maintains accurate records of all cash inflows and outflows during the shift. ➢ Maintains precise control over checks payable, checks received as payment, and other related documents. ➢ Submits daily cash collection reports to the supervisor. ➢ Verifies that cash receipt amounts match bank deposit amounts. ➢ Accurately performs daily counts of bank deposits and cash on hand during reconciliation.
