Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, including preventive and corrective maintenance, and preparing reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintenance and repair of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment 2. Detection and correction of faults in refrigeration equipment 3. Participation in training for professional development 1. Carry out tasks reported by various production and service centers to correct faults in refrigeration equipment (refrigerators, freezers, cold rooms, cubers, etc.) and air conditioning installations, enabling immediate repair. 2. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance activities for both refrigeration and air conditioning systems to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal equipment performance, as well as guarantee required temperatures for refrigeration equipment and conditioned areas. 3. Conduct daily inspections of kitchens at various consumption centers to detect faults (e.g., refrigerant leaks and abnormal noises) in refrigeration and air conditioning equipment, and perform immediate repairs. 4. Implement repair programs for refrigeration and air conditioning equipment. 5. Prepare daily activity reports to document completed productivity. 6. Prepare material requirement lists for scheduled jobs to ensure timely procurement. 7. Participate in internal and external individual and group training to strengthen knowledge for better job performance and share such knowledge with maintenance personnel. 7.
