We are committed to internal control, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement. **Job Objective** Conduct operational and financial internal audits to ensure compliance with policies, monitor inventory, verify cash flows, and support sales and credit-collection departments in identifying anomalies, risks, and opportunities for improvement. **Responsibilities** * Execute operational and administrative audits at branches. * Perform cash counts, review petty cash funds, revenues, and expenditures. * Compare physical products against sales and inventory records. * Audit accounts receivable, review case files, and validate credit documentation. * Identify inconsistencies, fraud, or shortages. * Analyze inventory variances and prepare reports detailing findings. * Document and map branch processes to support continuous improvement. * Evaluate internal controls and implement corrective actions. * Prepare executive reports and follow up on observations. ✅ **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in internal, operational, or financial auditing. * Knowledge of inventory management, cash counts, accounts receivable, and internal controls. * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, filters, data analysis). * Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). * Full availability to travel to branches nationwide. * Valid driver’s license. **Key Skills** * Strong ethical standards and confidentiality * Analytical thinking and results orientation * Proactivity and problem-solving ability * Clear communication and collaborative teamwork * Ability to work under pressure * Organization and autonomy **We Offer** * Competitive monthly salary ($18,000–$22,000 net) + bonuses.
