




Our department store invites you to join our team We are seeking: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – HUMAN RESOURCES Requirements: \- Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field \- Experience in administrative functions and payroll processing \- Service-oriented attitude and courteous interaction with internal customers \- Data analysis skills \- Results-driven mindset \- Initiative and proactivity Responsibilities: Payroll review, IMSS, INFONAVIT, filing, and administrative processes; support in organizing staff events. Assisting and advising employees on payroll clarifications, IMSS, INFONAVIT, incidents, and benefits. Proficiency in SAP or similar systems We offer: Monthly salary of $9,870 MXN Monthly food vouchers of $1,375 MXN Benefits exceeding statutory requirements: flexible days off, savings plans, life insurance, profit-sharing. Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM / Weekend support required during special sales events.
