




A prestigious accounting firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant for billing and collections: Requirements: * Basic Excel skills * Proficiency in Office software packages * Cash handling experience * Invoicing experience Competencies: * Strong verbal communication skills * Proactivity * Numerical aptitude * Organized **Main Responsibilities:** * Receiving and counting cash, receipts, and deposit slips. * Verifying deposit slips to ensure deposits were made correctly. * Recording received payments in the system after depositing them into the bank. * Serving as the company's point of contact with clients, managing client onboarding, payments, and required recordkeeping. * Supporting the accounting department in maintaining office organization.
