Proactivity and responsibility **We are hiring a Billing Clerk!** **Location:** Mérida–Progreso Highway **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Track and maintain the settlement report up to date * Prepare and validate supplier invoices to ensure accuracy * Verify that invoices match operations, amounts, and dates with the corresponding customs entry provisions. * Consult platforms for tracking invoice submissions * Review supplier payment reports (on behalf of third-party expense accounts) **Requirements:** * 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing or administrative roles * Attention to detail and organizational skills * Proactivity and responsibility * Valid driver's license **We Offer:** * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Job stability **Interested?** Apply now and join our team.
