




Job Summary: Provide efficient and timely administrative support, ensuring document control, recordkeeping, internal process tracking, and service to suppliers, customers, and staff. Preparation of administrative reports and coordination assistance * Provide efficient and timely administrative support to the company’s operational and administrative departments, ensuring proper document control, recordkeeping, internal process tracking, and service to suppliers, customers, and internal staff. Data entry and updating of information in administrative systems and spreadsheets. \* * Physical and digital filing of documents (invoices, delivery notes, contracts, receipts, insurance policies, etc.). * Preparation of administrative reports (sales, expenses, accounts receivable/payable, inventory, attendance). * Assistance in drafting official letters, correspondence, forms, and internal reports. * Control and tracking of pending documentation. * Registration and control of supplier invoices. * Support in accounts payable and accounts receivable. * Basic reconciliation of data (sales vs. invoicing, payments vs. supporting documents). * Submission of documentation to external or internal accounting departments. * Assistance in coordinating branch administrative activities.
