




We are looking for a **Project Engineer – Plastic Injection & Blow Molding** to lead industrial projects related to new tooling, process optimization, manufacturing layout development, and production improvements for plastic components. This role requires strong technical knowledge in **plastic injection, blow molding processes**, and hands-on experience in manufacturing environments. The ideal candidate is capable of coordinating cross-functional activities, executing engineering changes, and supporting new equipment or tooling implementation. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Lead and execute industrial projects focused on **injection and blow molding processes**. * Develop and update **manufacturing layouts**, workflow diagrams, and workstation designs. * Support **new mold/tooling introduction**, equipment installation, and validation. * Optimize molding processes (cycle time, scrap reduction, parameter adjustments). * Perform basic **molding troubleshooting** (short shots, warpage, flash, cooling issues). * Perform **time studies**, line balancing, and process documentation. * Coordinate engineering changes, timelines, and project deliverables. * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Tooling departments. * Prepare technical reports, project status updates, and presentations. * Ensure compliance with **ISO 9001** and internal manufacturing standards. **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s in **Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics Engineering**, or related. * **3+ years of experience** in plastic injection or blow molding manufacturing. * Practical knowledge of molding parameters, resin behavior (PP, PE, ABS, PET, PC), and tooling basics. * Experience with **layouts, line balancing, workflow diagrams, and process improvement**. * Understanding of **Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and SMED**. * Ability to read and interpret **engineering drawings and mold/tooling documentation**. * Intermediate English (required). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. **PREFERRED (Not mandatory)** * Experience with **APQP, PPAP, FMEA**. * Knowledge of robotics or automation related to molding cells. * Experience working with mold makers or tooling suppliers.
