The Entry\-Level Engineer supports the Corsair Engineering Department in the design, documentation, and continuous improvement of company products and components. This position assists with production support, quality documentation, and prototype evaluation. The role provides hands\-on experience in engineering design, manufacturing processes, and product quality, helping ensure consistent compliance with customer and company standards. * Document and analyze component and assembly engineering issues. * Evaluate product functions, requirements, performance history, and failure data to support design improvements. * Assess material changes and help establish performance standards and specifications. * Assist with maintaining and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs), routers, and drawings. * Develop and maintain documentation protocols to ensure accurate and accessible engineering records. * Participate in prototype builds, testing, and data collection. * Support Quality\-related activities, including: \* Qualified Products List (QPL) testing \* Returned Material Authorizations (RMA) \* Discrepant Material Reports (DMR) \* Corrective and Preventive Action Records (CPAR) * Ensure consistent compliance with customer requirements, engineering specifications, and company quality standards.
