




Job Summary: Supervises and trains Inventory Control staff, ensuring accuracy of records and compliance with operational and safety procedures. Key Responsibilities: 1. Staff development and training A leading company in the industry is seeking a WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR. * Provide guidance and supervision to the assigned shift's Inventory Control staff, ensuring fulfillment of their duties. * Ensure accuracy of accounting records and physical inventory control in the warehouse. * Lead and coordinate daily team activities to ensure timely and accurate execution. * Analyze transactions affecting inventory records, investigating, reconciling, and documenting discrepancies on a daily basis. * Develop, implement, and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) for the department and staff, aligned with operational objectives. * Proper material placement * Order and cleanliness * Compliance with rotation requirements * Train assigned staff and participate in performance evaluation and feedback processes. * Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene policies, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). * Participate in and coordinate physical inventory activities (cyclic and annual). * Support continuous training of the Inventory Control team. * Perform additional tasks assigned by management or arising from departmental operational needs.
