




Position Objective Oversee and coordinate the administrative, financial, and personal operations related to Carlos's businesses, investments, and assets. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and operational requirements for entities under responsibility and provide direct support in managing the partner's agenda and personal projects. Main Responsibilities \- Supervise payment processing, invoicing, collections, and cash flow for affiliated companies. \- Coordinate with the accounting department (Sergio) to ensure timely delivery of information and monthly reports. \- Review budgets, expenses, and monthly financial results. \- Manage the partner's personal and business schedule. \- Maintain direct communication with suppliers, advisors, and operational staff. \- Participate in follow-up meetings and prepare progress and pending task reports. \- Assist with logistical, asset-related, or family matters (safeguarding, documentation, travel, vehicles, properties, etc.). \- Implement and oversee legal and documentary compliance controls for the Family Office. Ideal Profile \- Minimum of 3 years of experience in executive office administration or coordination. \- General knowledge of accounting, tax, and financial processes. \- High level of discretion, judgment, and organizational skills. \- Availability to handle personal and business matters simultaneously. \- Willingness to travel and commute between Tijuana, Mexicali, and border areas. \- Valid visa and passport. \- Key competencies: trustworthiness, discretion, operational leadership, organization, communication, and loyalty.
