Experience and Requirements * Intern or graduate in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering (preferred), or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in engineering, including knowledge of manufacturing techniques in the electronics industry—such as printed circuit board, cable, and harness processes. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; must be familiar with engineering techniques, personnel management, availability, and goal-oriented work. * Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt certification preferred). * Familiarity with ISO 13485, AS9100, or IATF16949\. * Intermediate English, both verbal and written (minimum 60%). * Proficiency with computer applications (Office, Outlook, etc.). * Drawing software (AutoCAD, AutoSketch). * QAD knowledge preferred. * Knowledge of NOM\-035.
