Job Description and Detailed Responsibilities \*\*\* Electronics industry experience (EMS) required. Ensures all aspects related to customer order management, customer program coordination, and communications between Asteelflash and the customer. Coordinates new product introductions and reviews, purchase order reviews, and contract reviews. * Serves as the focal point for measuring profitability and customer satisfaction. * Acts as the customer liaison to communicate and assist in resolving all issues and complaints. * Responsible for monitoring program profitability, inventory levels, and on-time delivery. * Interfaces with internal technical functions to ensure manufacturing, customer requirements, material requirements, and associated costs comply with contractual requirements. * Coordinates quotation activities, price reviews, and issue resolution for assigned customers. * Interfaces with production control to oversee the release of all manufacturing kits. * Reports or provides updates to senior management regarding customer perception of service received and issues identifying opportunities for improvement. * Coordinates cross-departmental actions to resolve issues through corrective and/or preventive actions. * Coordinates activities related to pre-production reviews and post-production stage reviews. * Coordinates new product introductions within key personnel. Experience and Requirements * Intern or graduate in Electromechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering (preferred), or a related field. * Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in engineering, including knowledge of manufacturing techniques in the electronics industry—such as printed circuit board, cable, and harness processes. * Excellent communication and teamwork skills; must be familiar with engineering techniques, personnel management, availability, and goal-oriented work. * Knowledge of Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt certification preferred). * Familiarity with ISO 13485, AS9100, or IATF16949\. * Intermediate English, both verbal and written (minimum 60%). * Proficiency with computer applications (Office, Outlook, etc.). * Drawing software (AutoCAD, AutoSketch). * QAD knowledge preferred. * Knowledge of NOM\-035.
